Help/Support Question about PayPal..

Okay. So I have no credit/debit cards, no bank or anything but I have a PayPal account.

 

Is it possible to receive funds on my PayPal account without having a bank account linked to it? I heard it's possible to receive but not to spend.

I believe it is as long as your information is legit.

If you somehow have money sent to your PayPal for whatever reason, selling, gift etc. You can get that money with mout a card.

 

You can hold that money as a PayPal balance with no type of card needed what so ever. Remember to keep your information legit and updated if your holding over 75$ish in your balance.

 

You can use that balance on whatever service you want that excepts Paypal

I have the same issue, but the reason being is my card keeps getting declined? I just want to use paypal but it doesnt appear as an option
