So I hacked the assemblies now is there a way to save them all at once or no

you dont need to save all of them, right click on "Assembly-CSharp" > "reflexil" then "save as" save as "Assembly-CSharp.Patched.dll" then rename it to "Assembly-CSharp" and then you should know what to do , im assuming you already read the tutorials for net reflector.
