Help/Support Cydia Impactor Installing Cracked App ERROR: ipa.cpp:122

I've decided to finally take the plunge and start guessing and checking to try and modify a game I play on my phone. I got the cracked binary, opened it in IDA editor, then edited values in the hex editor and then saved and exited everything. I'm now trying to repackage and install my app to see if what I changed worked. However everytime I try and use Cydia Impactor it gives me the error of ipa.cpp:122 cannot find .app/Info.plist.

 

I've tried using the original .ipa file, unzipping it and dropping in my new file then re-zipping and going to install to no avail. But if I just use the original file it works fine. Is there a step im missing to use the modified binary? Or how can i overcome this Cydia Impactor error. I've tried installing the IPA through filza as well on myjailbroken device and that fails as well. 

 

If I am asking in the wrong place or doing something wrong I apologize I am just trying to learn. I cannot afford a premium subscription for hacks on here and as a Software Engineering Major I figured I may as well learn to make my own hacks, and I think I got the majority of it down. I just need pointers or help in the right direction, because if I could hack my own files I could contribute here instead of lurking only to find out the good hacks are all VIP which I cannot afford. I followed the following tutorials but they didn't tell me how to package the app for re-install:

I figured out the issue- I was using the windows default method of zipping the folder, and instead I had to go into the folder select all the files/payload folder and then zip from in there, otherwise windows was adding an extra folder.
