Help/Support failed to buffer write ios 10.2

Hello when i try install any tweak from cydia it's says failed to Buffer write ???? help me

1. Uninstall anything you installed yourself and try to remember what those are

2. Install iCleaner

3.Tap the plus on the bottom left and delete anything that has to do with languages unless you plan on using more than one. In that case, be aware of what you're doing

4. Do a normal clean and respring

5. Hooray?
