Help/Support Can't download LLVM+Clang on iOS 10.2

So I'm one iOS 10.2 and I'm trying to download LLVM+Clang but I can't I keep getting error I've tried deleting my tweaks but still no luck

i rebooted I deleted about 150 mbs but let me respring again

Only 150mb? I managed to delete about 450 when I did it

Uninstall some tweaks  

Trust me.

If it doesn't help then it won't hurt to try stashing for iOS 10.1.1
