PC: Windows 10/x64 and Ipad Pro 10.5"

So I have an Ipad Pro and was following the instructions on the home page but run into a problem with Cydia Impactor.  I went over the FAQ section for Cydia and tried following these steps:

"Q: Cydia Impactor does not show my device?
A: If this happens, try rebooting your PC, open up iTunes while your device is connected & make sure you tap on 'Trust' from the popup on your iDevice. Then open Cydia Impactor. If this does not help, try completely uninstalling then reinstalling iTunes. "

Not sure why Cydia doesnt show my ipad when plugged into USB on my PC.  My PC recognizes the ipad and I immediately allow the device on pop-up.

Any ideas community/admin?
