Question I updated this app and now it says user data cannot be retrieved. "Failed to retrieve user data. (P100101:ES1000001)"

 

There is also a " Pushwoosh Error. Your provisioning profile does not have APS entry. Please make your profile compatible."

How do you backup the data and update the app then transfer the old data over? I forgot to do the data transfer in game before now i have to update the app. Will my data be lost?

ya i updated it and keeps giving me the "failed to retrieve user data" error. I never ended up saving my data. I guess i lost everything?

If you took part in the ranked event and they caught the fact that your stats were too good they banned your account

When you start playing you should start set up a transfer profile just in case (which is what I did).  The data is not stored with game center or any other way so yes...if you delete the app you lose the data

If you took part in the ranked event they just had and your stats were too good they banned your account (happened to one of my accounts on the app and i got the same user data error)
