OKAY SO a couple of days ago i jailbroke an iphone 5s with pangu on 9.3.3. it was working perfectly, i installed ifile and it was working great but then i installed a tweak and now it won't open, neither will ifile. ive tried the whole safe mode thing and it wont work. if you could grant me some expertise i would greatly appreciate it.

nope. i cant get into cydia. it force closes.

You could remove the tweak via WinSCP.

you can try entering substrate mode.

the process is to close your device by pushing the lock button until you get slide to close.

then switch open your device but keep pushing the volume up button until you see the logo.

done. you are in substrate mode now delete your tweak entering cydia.

.....i wrote all this just by my memory....dont worry it wnt harm or anything but you can check youtube vdos as well...
