Help/Support iOS 10.2.1 Update....will not Update

I have an iPhone 6 and I keep trying to update to iOS 10.2.1 but everything i do, it says that I cannot maintain internet connection and stops the install?  I've tried doing a hard reset, mess with the wifi, go into my storage and delete the update.....nothing seems to be working.

 

Currently stuck at the "Verifying Update..." screen, but then says that I'm not connected to internet for the download, but I am 100% connected to the internet.

 

Any advice on how to fix this?

 

EDIT: New error popped up saying "An error occurred installing iOS10.2.1" which was different than the original Internet error.

hahahaha no.  definitely 100% not that.  I can visibly see full WiFi coverage, and am also on the same internet connection with the computer I'm typing on.
