Help/Support HP Notebook stuck on loading screen..

[Joka 2.1k iPhone X 12.4]

So about 2 days ago I let my HP Notebook to upgrade to Windows 10 And so I left it on to upgrade.

 

2 days later after I got back home, I turned on the notebook and the HP loading screens been showing for over an hour...

 

I ran a Hardware Test and this is the results I got:

 

I don't know what to do... Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Downgrade to Windows 7 with backup file.

Format again using a CD with Windows 7, but u'll lose all files!

 

Or u can try a System Restore.

 

Try this: reboot your notebook, press F8, choose Safe Mode! If work, u save all your files using HD. But before do this, try a System Restore!
