Anybody know how to override that so that it always returns true?

Treat it as an integer or boolean.

when you see char in a header, it usually means that is a BOOL
 
the reason being, is that BOOL is a typedef for char
 
so:
 

%hook ClassName

-(BOOL)isCorrect 
{
  return true;
}
%end

@@DiDA ur answer won't do anything because that method doesn't have any BOOL arguments
