Help/Support My iPhone restarts going into safe mode so I'm able to answer phone calls...

For the past two days, I've been having trouble with my phone app.. Like when people call me and I answer it, on their end they will still hear ringing as if I never answered. And when I try to call people it doesn't go through at all.. It just stays at some

Sort of standby thing like it's trying to load and think of something. So I figured it was because I had call bar tweak so people won't interrupt me while I'm on my phone doing other things, but it wasn't.. It was still doing the same thing so I decided to get off of the jailbreak mode and see if it's bc my phone is jailbroken.. And it is. And now that I rejailbreak my iPhone everything I get a call or make a call my phone will now automatically reboot into safe mode for me to answer or call someone... And idk if it's any of my tweaks or what... Does anyone know how I can see if it's any of my tweaks messing this up?
