Doesn't work. Error -20 when I restore the doc and library with ibackupbot and am I suppose to sync it with Game Center or no?

Doesn't work for me with iOS 9.1 iPad Air using Filza. I unzip and move both folders into CoM Infinity and replace, then I replace the hack files with my old ones and it doesn't work. When I log in it asks me to sync with Game Center and the first time I said no but nothing had happened, so I restarted the app and then synced but still nothing. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated!
