Can you boot in to safe mode ?

If so boot into SafeMode , remove "bad" tweak and reboot device.

you can't go into safemode if you are in normal mode you need to rerun the jb and when it shows the notification on the lockscreen then you can hold the + volume button and it will take you to safemode...

9.3.3 jb works like that

And since he/she can't use pangu jb app then that's impossible

oh wait try to use http://jbme.qwertyoruiop.com and this will let you go into substrate mode (hopefully)

 

Thank youu This restar my ipad and in the screen the app25 to install i press install and was installing i press airplane mode sns suceffuly instaled si i veryficed the app and open app then close ipad and restared woth cydia working good agaig
