Setuptheos has root permissions...
 
Running on Python 3
 
System OS is OS X
 
Checking to see if Xcode is installed...

Xcode Command line tools are installed.
 
All checks have been completed...
Unable to Change directory.
Error on line: 30
 [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/opt'

 u have to unzip the theos file in your home folder

Did you run the script as root maybe?

sudo /Users/mrphoenix/Desktop/setuptheos-master/setuptheos_for_mac/setuptheos.py setupAll

 

sudo is root :p

im using a script to install it :mellow:

i know i meant instead of having it on desktop unzip it on home folder (maybe that could work) so:

 

/users/mrphoenix/setuptheos-master/setuptheos_for_mac/setuptheos.py setupAll

the issue is in the .py script not the directory in it

Oops! Just read the last part.

 

Create the /opt folder yourself then. Although I think setuptheos should have created it itself.

I don't think setuptheos installs the most up to date theos.
