Help/Support Show iPhone 5S screen on Samsung TV?

Hi guys. I have one question.

Can i show my iphone 5s screen on my Samsung TV (SMART)? *Without Apple TV, Airplay or any specific cable*

I mean, maybe there is a Cydia tweak or another way to see my screen on Samsung TV (SMART).

I don't think you can do this without any cables?

I know a Cydia tweak called DisplayOut but I've never tried it for myself.

Yes, i saw that tweak before. But i think its only for iOS 7 and it is not compatible for iPhone 5S. Anyways, thank you for trying to help!!
