Help/Support iPhone 5s 9.3.3 Crashing Apps After Trying To Open HELP

First It wont let me connect to wi fi so can not jailbreak my iDevice

2nd Safari Wont open and other apps such as music, weather, and calender exc...

I am confused on what to do.

 

How this started is i was trying to fix an install error “failed in buffer_write(fd) (8, ret=-1)” so i had to add a dash/- to a file wich worked but when it restarted my phone everything stopped working

Yes i was but i shut off my phone deleted pangu and tryed to reinstall but i cant

Thats the thing i have to add permissions to pangu wich i cant because this problem is preventing me from turning on wifi wich i need to add permissions
