i have problem with vip!

 

i purchase (ViP 6 Months) in 25 July 2016 but he Expire today!

err. Not to be rude, but, you cannot count a whole month the day you buy something. That's not how counting time works.

 

just like if a baby's birthday was July 25th, 2016.. the baby wouldn't be one month old the day he was born!!

 

baby wouldn't be one month until August 25th, 2016...... then 2 months on September 25th, 2016.... then 3 months on October 25th, 2016... theb 4 months on November 25th, 2016... then 5 months on December 25th, 2016...

 

and would not be 6 months until January 25th, 2016.

 

as is is a full 5 months has not even passed on the OP's membership.

well even tho that is true about what you said it seems that's what DIDA vip program did most likely. As most people said just message him so he can fix it
