Is there a way or tweak to play games on ios 8 that require iOS 9? I do not want to lose my jailbreak but there's so much games I want to play so many games that require it. I know that iOS 9 makes the graphics better that iOS 8 can't run but is there a tweak that makes it run or have iOS 9 features?

you can try appcake, might allow you to download older versions of the app you want. but i can't guarantee you that you will be able to download any app you want.

Use IPAInstaller to force install Apps that require a higher iOS version.
