So does anyone know how to stream CB with Chromecast while on a VPN?

I don't think cinemabox has the feature to stream using chromecast, if you have a laptop you could always use an HDMI

it does. Problem is Chromecast won't stream over VPN. I can stream movies and shows from CB without being on a VPN lol

I'm guessing it's because your ChromeCast connect to your initial wifi IP but when you change it using a VPN, it connects to the VPN's IP and not your router's. If you're able to see which IP the VPN uses, you could configure it in your router's settings and set the same IP.
