Hard reset on the phone and when Apple logo comes out, hold volume up button and see if it brings you to home screen

like i said not working , this was the first thing i tried after i rebooted my phone .. i tried to do this and is still doing the same thing stuck with the logo apple on it.

i tried , like i said up not working ... my itunes is reading my phone so .. idk what to say is reading everything in it and im doing a backup right now and i think i will restore after .. :'( bye bye ios 8.4 and is gonna be 10 now .. can't belive i will lose my jailbreak no more guardian hunter hack by DiDA :'( i will miss that ..

well if itunes can read your iphone try to save your thing download Vshare and import your picture and videos then install your iphone firmware from https://ipsw.me/ and then re install your applications and pictures and videos i think it's the only solution

You'll have to restore. Like DiDA said, you probably deleted essential files that are required to boot your phone.

Thank's for all guys for supporting me and trying to help me ! I already did it , i have ios 10 now :'( and i lost only my jb stuff ... i try to find anyway now to downgrade it back to 8.4 i can't belive i need to stay on this shitty ios and without jb .. is like a bad dream and hope i will find something to downgrade it because i have the shsh !
