I tried and whenever I do ( ive tried localiap, iapcrazy, and iapcracker) and the app says cannot be purchased at this time. Any clue how to fix this? Also I'm using the app version thats on AppCake.

@sakran was the first one to discover that iapcrazy worked in Hack Request. Thus he is first one to discovered it. But oh well.

Also it doesn't work for cracked app. And Localiapstore doesn't work. So how do you "make it work"?
