I am currently using cydiaImpactor for Ios 9.3.3 to install non Jailbreak apps.

The problem is that the license is only valid for 7 days.

Does anyone know a way out of it 365 days to make?

Yes , it's called an Apple Developers Account.

 

7 day licence is all you can have unless you have/get a Dev account.
