Which dungeon are you running? And is this the first time it's happened?

It is happening on all dungeons for me (story quests and any of the vortex dungeons) reinstalling the app is the only way to get out of the dungeon too.

I dont use binary file and it works fine for me

Yes, im using the binary file, the cheats work, but causes the game to crash at the rewards screen :\

Enable Auto-Capture as well as Debug Menu. Then try it again.

Just as a heads up, that binary is a fix for the Auto-Capture to work, so if you use it, but don't enable the mods that go with it (i.e. debug menu, auto-capture) you will crash. So make sure those are enabled! Otherwise, if you don't want those features, use the CLEAN binary.
