That link is bull , it's a fake Cydia and will not jailbreak any device , since when did you ever install Cydia by "Add To Home Screen” LMFAO

How can I jailbreak my iPad 3?It's a 32 bit device(ios 9.3.3,I can upgrade to ios 9.3.5)

32 bit doesn't have jailbreak because the "official pangu team" said their not gonna make it.
