hi, can someone advise?

got non hailbroken phone and seems like got problems with all saves. did everything in the instruction but always getting back my current save without modified money, can't start from the begining. the other problem that happens is that the game won't start at all, always loading

PS same problem with archero - account got blocked and i can't start over, always getting banned save

someone can help with solution, please?
