Help/Support Critical Ops Connection Problem?

I've been playing this game, with hacks, of course.

I've didn't make it very obvious either.

I've taken oblivious deaths and always looked towards openings, not the walls. Lol.

 

Is this an actual connection issue to the server?

Or is it a nicer way of saying I'm banned? Lol.

 

I just press the play button when it finishes loading and then it shows this connection issue.

Yeah that's a bug with Game Center, unfortunately you can't use that account anymore unless they fix the bug, what you have to do is delete the game then reinstall it and start with a new account.

I have the same problem, I've been playing with hacks as well and I have tried reinstalling the game and logging out of game centre. The problem is still there. Pretty frustrating:/

Yeah, I've had zero luck into getting online to play.

I could delete the game, reinstall, do the tutorial, but from there it's totally nothing. Just the "connection problem."

I've tried using a different device (IPad air 2) using a new iTunes account and a different critical ops account. Still having connection problems

 

Edit: the iPad is a non jailbroken device with no hacks

SOUTION: I'VE FOUND IT! USE A VPN

After doing some researches, I found that cops got a a public update adding a new map and other stuff but the update is not showed in my app sore. What is happening, I think, is that the servers are running on a higher version of the game then your app. Idk how to fix that tho
