Help/Support How can I get unbanned from Kabam?

A couple of days ago I installed a mod for Marvel Contest of Champions which makes the enemy stand still & I was using it for a couple of days until I finally got banned. I'm wondering if there's anyway to get unbanned.

Just got ban today:(  i deleted the game and download new game but my phone still linked to the old account .

How can I remove the old account from my phone ? Thanks in advance

This method does not work. I just tried. And it only serves to create a new account. Your old account remains banned.
