Just found the way.

 

1) Download the mod hack version for Sniper 1.16 : http://rexdl.com/android/sniper-3d-assassin-apk-data-download.html/

2) Install BlueStack 2 , root it with ESHelper. 

3) Install the APK on step 1. Use the Install APK function of BlueStack.

4) Open the game on BlueStack . Once you enter the game, diamonds and coins are hacked . Connect to your FB account. 

5) Open your IOS device , click on FB account and click DOWNLOAD.

6) Done and Enjoy

Performed above steps and it works very good in BlueStacks. Unfortunately version on iOS is 1.17.3 and is incompatible with 1.17.6 with the mod. Does this mod exist for the current iOS version of 1.17.3?

 

Savegame hack didn't work for me either, so help would be greatly appreciated ?
