Hi Everyone,

I am trying to use IBackupBot for my iphone 6s to reset my restriction password. After I backup my phone using itunes, I open up IBackupBot, and I keep getting this error:

Any help is much appreciated. Also any other suggestions to reset my restriction password would help too

Backup is corrupted then. I don't know how to reset restrictions passcode because I've never had to do one

Any idea how to do a backup that is not corrupted? I am getting the same error message.

Backup via iTunes and disable the encryption option. Or use 3rd party backups like iMazing.
