I made the different Apple ID as in instructions "Note: It is suggested that you use a disposable Apple ID for this." for this application. Do I have to use the same Apple ID like my regular?

Unfortunately it is not possible. I got Cydias error "provision.cpp:150" when I tried to use my regular Apple ID. 

I noticed if I delete hacked version and download the new one from App Store it will work fine.
