with God Mode on, I can't kill the enemy...with high damage on, they kill me just as quickly as I kill them!  I can't turn the hack off while the game is running either, either it loads at launch or it don't load at all....so, I can't really progress with these hacks

Why not x100?, is x31 the maximum?

 

Because even with the hack, chapter 11 onwards is still pretty hard unless you run Tier-2 characters.
