Help/Support Cydia and tweaks disappeared

So I decided to reset my network settings to get iMessage to work again which worked, but disabled my jailbreak so I went into the app tapped out and jailbroke myself again. But I noticed that my Cydia, iFile, filza manager, etc disappeared. Amy suggestions on how to fix this?

Never, ever download xModGame. It's full of malwares. If you have it, uninstall it now before your iDevice gets f***ed

Nvm iFile crashes when doing that but I have another way of getting to it. Cydia seems to work tho
