Hello, i wanna compile a hack into a patcher

but i don't have a clue anymore, how to do it. Here's how it looks like:

0x12345 6789c1230x0c1234 5678c912sub_12345 bx lr

(Obviously, i've changed the numbers because i can't post the headers in public)

Can someone help me compiling this into a patcher? Thanks.
