Does the no cool down attack mean no cool down on skills? Cause if it does, it's not working for me. Only the infinite turn attack is working.

In the Video you have showed us, there is only infinity turn, the 2nd skill still have cd.....

So maybe you were misunderstanding about the 1st skill, that one is normal atk.
