Help/Support SSH through terminal?

How can I use the "ssh" command on mobile terminal on my iPad to connect to my phone? I am able to use prompt to do this but cannot replicate using terminal.

If you mean how do you access your phones terminal on a PC, then you could use putty to connect to your phone over openssh and you will control it from there.
