Same here, I have ran into this problem in the past, basically, it's like owning the BANK  "INF" insufficient funds the only way is to race to you pay back all the $$$$ you've used.
Unless someone fix this issue.... Race and Sale unused cars, but this going to cause a KEY MINING or KEY FARMING issue..... Yea the Hack MOD works but you can't WIN for LOSING....

Conclusion
Just have to pay it back, sell used cars, 
 

PS: This go for the GOLD too.....
