Is there any possibility of getting banned by using the God Mod/Ome Hit Kill in Co-Op?

MY friend there is always a chance of getting banned even without going in co-op.

What is the difference between "no skill cool down time" & "no special skill cool down time"? Sorry I know the first one is our strong attack at the bottom but what's the difference?

skill cooldown = the three abilities

special skill = the purple ability every character has <-- this mod only works on Armv7 devices basically everything under iphone 6
