Help/Support Battery glitch!

[Naval 655 iPhone 7 Plus 11.1]

My phone was on 40% then it dropped to 1% in like one second but when I charge it it goes to 41%.

 

Plz help me

Happens to me as well, but for me, it instantly goes from 1% to 20%.

 

I'm thinking it has to do with the battery of old devices.

If you remove the charger, does your phone die or you can keep using it?
