This works with the latest iOS 9.3.3 Jailbreak (iOS 9-9.3.3)

 

Hidden Content

    • Add the following repo: https://repo.cpdigitaldarkroom.com/
    • Install Teardrop from the repo that we just added.
    • Install Activator alongside Teardrop, we will use this to trigger Teardrops menu
    • Respring, then open Activator
    • Choose an activation method for Teardrop (example: At home screen -> 3D Touch Screen bottom right)
    • Use Activator's search tool and look for "Teardrop"
    • Close app and run the activation method you just made

    Top to bottom (configurable): Number of texts you want to spam, target phone number, your custom message

I am using iPhone 5s 9.3.3 :/ so yes it has ..

Strange. Maybe refresh your sources and/or restart Cydia. I'm not too sure really, I've never been faced with that issue :S
