Help/Support How to check what websites did my housemates surfing?

Guys I need some help here. Do anyone know how to check the log of my wifi which is under the same roof? I'm the owner of the hostel and my housemates been streaming all those drama videos from episode to episode and when i ask them not to do it so frequently and they've denied it by saying they didn't watch or stream any videos at all. I have been frustrated since I can't using my internet speed that I'm deserve and I need to prove that they did surf the websites to stream drama videos. Pls help me out by giving me the way to enable me check their surfing history from time to time. Thanks in advance

Why don't you just ask to use their laptop for work (I'm guessing it's work from your descripion) and then take a look at thheir browsing history? Take a picture and show them. Or, maybe, but very unlikely, someone else could be using their wifi. And I'm sure that your router has an address that you can go to in your web browser to check history.

I remember a tool like this on Windows but can't find it anymore because The Pirate Bay is down.

Do you need this for PC or iOS?

Shmoo419, they sure will feel weird and suspicious and won't let me use their laptop. Even they let me use it, they will clear their browser history first. Btw, I checked my router via the configuration page and the log just contain few addresses and it doesn't renew.

Dida, I need it for PC..omg...then what should I do? My router is different from yours country and I can't check the log history..????

But if iOS can do the same thing can u enlighten in some ways?

I remember using a Wi-Fi hotspot tool which would turn your laptop into a hotspot and it had this nice feature of logging the websites which each device visited but that was ~2 - 3 years ago and I can't find it anymore.

I'll look for something alternative.

Which wifi router are you using? Some of the new routers have the parental control feature allowing you to see the browsing log. And normally the instruction is in the manual and very easy to use. It's really weird that your router doesn't update the list.

uhmm...but that will invade their privacy.. i just want to check their what they are surfing that caused the lagging..but if i have no other way then i take this as the last resort ..do u have any tutorial in making these RAT? and how to put it into their pc?

hmm..i'm using Modem model: ADSL-RIGER-DB120WL. ring any bells? and about the parental control part i only can set the time rules which enable and disable them from using the internet
