It shouldn't be that hard for you to get the items showing in the textbooks/party hats? 

I mean, with the instant mission completion in this, it may be a bit repetitive, but you should be able to easily get them by doing the missions on the board. 

I'm not the dev of these cheats, but from what I've seen in my attempts to figure out how they make these, I suspect the 'Buy Now' versions of things in the app are showing like that as a side effect of getting everything else for free?

Mine does the same but i can play anyway it does load everything. i think its just a bug that doesn't show the complete
