It's probably not helping that there was an update that happened just a couple days ago that might have caused the hack to have to be restarted from square one, though...

the hack doesn't even need to updated to 1.13.1 since its such a minor bug fix update, releasing the hack at 1.13.0 is perfectly fine since thats the big major update currently

probably not but Im pretty sure you have to complete  episode 1 to go to episode 2
