Help/Support Folder Document Asphalt 8

hello guys, one question. I have been banned on Asphalt 8, but since I had a copy of the Document folder I solved simply by overwriting the old folder so that you have all the data without being banned. Today, however, I can not, always brings me back to zero. You know what can I do?

Meaning they check with their server once you modify the files?

I do not know if that's why. A week ago I had the ban, it was enough to delete the folder, keychan and game, reinstall the game and copied to the backup folder Document and I had back all cars, money and token, but now no.
