Help/Support how to stop icloud verification pop-up ?

Hi guys , the title says it ,

is there a way to stop the icloud popup verification that ask for your password ?

when you don't know the password !!!

You need to put the password. If it's your account, change your password

i know the password but the account is locked , but then i don't know the security questions and i forgot the password to the email if they sent recovery link !

There's nothing you can do than call Apple Support or buy new one
