Help/Support 9.2.1 Jailbreak succeed but...

I jailedbreak my ipad mini 3 9.2.1 using cydia impactor when I go on app press start then lock I get a message saying that jailbreak succeedee but needs a few minutes to install cydia and respring its been doing that for about 30mins and nothing happens

if it's your first time jailbreaking, reboot your device, go to Safari in setting an clear history, cookies etc then go into the app, make sure you trust the notifications, click start lock the device an let it do its thing, dont touch the device till it respring, an if you mean you've already jailbroken your device an had to reboot but the app won't work, try looking around the formus for a different Pangu app, an repeat the process, ( i recommend the English 1 Year Pangu App )
