You can just download from another store. Create second account for Canada or something without credit card or anything and just download English version

Or change language of iPhone to English. Usually helps

I have the English version as well but the Korean version has more content as they aren't the same version of the game, but in the Korean version there is no option to change the language.

 

I read somewhere that you can change or insert the English language pack into the game files to change it but I can't figure out how.
