Help/Support Perl not installed?

[031r 3 iPhone 6s Plus 13.3]

Hello so i downloaded and installed theos and what it required, and my iphones sdk, but the kicker is I also downloaded AND installed perl but when i try to make a project i get this error.

 

Var/theos/bin/nic.pl: Usr/bin/perl: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Can anyone help me out here?
