    The steps mention when you are upgrading buildings and don't have free citizens.. Yes if you have free citizens you can just go on quick finishing things... Without doing trying things first don't go running your mouth.. If can't help others or other's efforts it's better you stay quite..

    I agree with you. ^^  He did not instruct people to use 100% freeze crown instead of partial freeze crown? Yeah, why have to make thing so complicate?
