    So I've been trying to use spoof caller id and whenever I call it says "the service you are trying to use has been restricted or is unavailable" and my friend can use it and he has the same phone but a different carrier. T-mobile literally restricts everything. I can't even text codes to certain numbers. Is there any way I can get rid of these restrictions without going to the T-Mobile store.
